Rental Procedures

Once condo availability has been determined via e-mail, a $500.00 refundable reservation/security deposit will be required. This deposit will hold the reservation until a brief rental application is completed and returned with 50% of the total rental amount due. On receipt, the reservation will be confirmed. The remaining 50% balance will be due 45 days before check in at the condo. The $500.00 will then be held as a security deposit and refunded within 10 days after vacating the condo, minus the cost to repair damage, if any, to the condo or furnishings. An e-mail receipt will be issued for all money received towards the condo rental.

The rental rate and deposit may be paid by money order, cashiers check, inter-bank wire transfer, or PayPal.

Cancellation Policy

Once a reservation is confirmed, the condo is no longer available to be rented by others during the same time period. Cancellation of a confirmed reservation will result in the condo remaining vacant unless it can be re-rented. Rental fees are therefore nonrefundable unless the condo can be re-rented for the same reserved time period. A $150.00 cancellation fee to cover re-renting time and effort will still apply.
